I had a great stay at Ashley Place in Chevy Chase. The location is truly one of its best features—set in a very calm and quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to great restaurants and even the subway, which made getting around incredibly easy. It really felt like the perfect balance between peaceful living and convenience.
The unit itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was very helpful and thoughtful—she even went out of her way to order new equipment that wasn’t originally included, which I really appreciated.
The room isn’t very large, but it’s comfortable and cozy in a way that makes you feel at home right away. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, which was a big plus for me since I cooked quite a bit during my stay. Everything I needed was there, and it made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Chevy Chase.

Ashley was a great host and the place was exactly as described. The view is unmatched, the apartment is spacious and the metro is a short walk away. Perfect for a long stay.

Ashley was a great, extremely friendly and communicative over my 6 months. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Area is great, lots to do around and very walkable. It was a pleasure staying here!

The place was perfect, with Ashely being an amazing host. Exactly what you need for a longer stay close to the city but out of chaos. Close walk the metro, great building and apartment. As a host couldn’t ask for better, there wasn’t a coffee maker when I first showed up and within a day Ashley had one delivered, even asking if I had a preference. If you’re a student or looking for a longer stay in the city it’s a great spot, would highly recommend

The apartment was spotless and even came with cleaning supplies for my long stay. There was easy parking and was walkable to the metro. Ashley was super responsive and always helpful!

The apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable and ideal for both short and long stays. It includes all amenities, such as parking in the building. Bethesda is a beautiful and peaceful place perfect for walking. The apartment doesn't have its own washer and dryer, but the building has shared washing machines on each floor. Ashley is a very attentive host who is always willing to help.

This is long stay Airbnb is perfect. It may be a studio but it feels like more than enough room (even for 2 people)…doesn’t feel cramped at all. It’s a relaxing place to come home to at the end of day. Garage parking is convenient and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment in Rosslyn. The location is unbeatable – just minutes from the metro, making it incredibly convenient to get into DC or around Arlington. The neighborhood feels safe, vibrant, and has everything you need within walking distance, from great restaurants and coffee shops to grocery stores.
The apartment itself is bright, modern, and well-maintained, with a layout that makes excellent use of the space. The building staff are friendly and responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.
Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable apartment in the DC area.
